Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using QuickBooksMonitor and maintain inventory and fixed assetsMaintain tax, insurance, and financial and HR compliance requirementsMaintain vendors, resources, and subcontractorsComplete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, to include collectionsCoordinate and administer payroll and benefits and other HR administrative supportPerform technology setup, backups, protection, and trackingGather and coordinate hardware and software requirementsPosition Requirements

3+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks Pro (most recent versions) and Microsoft Office Suite2+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-taskerCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
