Director of Operations to $120K- Great Benefits Package Offered
Great opportunity for a Director of Operations to join this established insurance agency and make a big impact. In this role you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing all operations and process improvement, employee onboarding and offboarding, accounting functions including invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and more. Working with upper-level management, this employee will provide operations support to the sales and marketing departments, assist with travel arrangements, plan corporate outings, and provide various administrative and office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have financial forecasting experience as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The corporate culture is focused on collaboration and a strong team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in an established organization that is looking for a strategic partner to keep them moving forward
