ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all GL accounts * Performs general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel * Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and asset * Produce daily/monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting. * Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. * Provides supports to all department with general ledger transactions and financial statement. * Identify opportunities for process automatization in accounting department. * Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. * Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit

* Provides support with 1099s, W2 and other annual external reporting. * Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software. * Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function. * Misc task as assigned by management.
