The Role Support our growth and client retention through business development, client services, and office coordination. This on-site position is critical to our sales pipeline, client onboarding, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Business Development Maintain HubSpot CRM: update leads, pipelines, and deal stages Support outbound sales: prospect research, cold outreach, meeting coordination Attend networking events and represent Optima at business associations Assist with proposals, engagement letters, and sales follow-up Client Services Coordinate new client onboarding and consultant assignments Maintain client records and track feedback/retention metrics Support client check-ins and relationship management Assist with cross-sell opportunities and client surveys Office Operations Manage reception: answer calls, greet visitors, maintain office organization Coordinate events, gifting, and company culture initiatives Support meeting prep, scheduling, and administrative tasks You're a Great Fit If You're: A proactive communicator with strong follow-through Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with CRM systems and sales support A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment Schedule Monday-Friday, on-site at our San Diego office. Flexible hours: arrive between 7:30am-10:30am and work your scheduled hours (departing between 2:30pm-7:30pm). Occasional remote work available, possibly a day a week and for appointments with notice.
