Summary:
In a patient focused care environment, the Case Manager/UR Nurse/Liaison is responsible for organizing, maintaining, implementing, and evaluating systems for expediting patient pre-admission evaluation and follow-up for admission to Baptist Health Post Acute Services. This position will also assist Social Work submit clinical information to Insurance Companies for continued stay approval. The Coordinator effectively manages departmental functions in a cost effective manner.
Other information:
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of a legally approved school/College of Nursing EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Current Arkansas RN licensure. BSN preferred. MSN preferred. At least 1-3 years RN experience, 1 year management-preferably in Nurse Liaison or Case Management
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
