Our strength comes from our global footprint and enormous portfolio of advanced industrial sensors, measurement technologies, factory automation, simulation, and analytics tools.Description:The Director, Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our organization to drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. You will play a key role in aligning business strategies with operational execution, driving process improvements, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize business operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational effectiveness across all departments.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate business performance, providing insights for informed decision-making.Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and department heads to develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across departments to drive alignment, cohesion, and synergy in business operations.Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing costs.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adaptability in response to market dynamics and business needs.Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality and delivery.Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in business operations management, with a track record of driving operational excellence and business performance improvement.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.Experience wo
