They will further support the three Jefferson East Region hospitals of Cherry Hill, Stratford, and Washington Township with their antimicrobial stewardship program and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy program management. This position will have an approximate 25%/75% time split between these two duties respectively.QualificationsEducation: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)AND Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practice experience as a pharmacy OR completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Formal antimicrobial stewardship program completed or in progress preferred Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements: NJ Pharmacist License requiredConditions of EmploymentCovid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
