Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should possess a stable work history and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project management for medium to large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects. Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements, proficiency in Bluebeam, and other construction software, along with a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, are essential qualifications for this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects in Orange County. Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and expectations. Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCASI regulations and other relevant building codes and standards. Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam, to manage project documentation, drawings, and communication effectively. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress. Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during construction. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.

Qualifications:

Local residency in Orange County, CA. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management for commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects. Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements. Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction project management software. Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in construction projects.
