The Mental Health Professional serves as team leader providing team and individually delivered therapy and case management to children and their families in the home and/or community. Therapists work with the child and family to improve overall family attachments and cohesion, self-regulation, and anchor a support system. We promote teamwork, offer supervision towards licensure, provide training through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center toward the Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model certification, and a stay bonus of $2,000 applied through the first 12 months of employment.Pay Rate: $23.00/hrBonus: SBH/PAH Employee sign on- $2000.00 to be paid in 3 incrementsBonus is for full time employees and paid out according to training schedule.a. $400- After 3 monthsb. $800- After 6 monthsc. $800- After 12 monthsResponsibilities:Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy within outpatient program service, primarily located within school district settingMust be experienced working with children's behavioral health issues in an outpatient or similar level of careMaintain compliance with CASSP principles & principles of cultural competenceMaintain compliance with the Medical Assistance and Managed Care regulations in accordance with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's outpatient program regulationsCommunication with families, schools, school districts, managed care organizations, referral sources and other providers as necessary to ensure satisfaction with services received, continuity of care and promote quality client care Promote program growth, quality of servicesMaintain productivity and complete documentation within established guidelinesComplete initial assessments and treatment plans, and updates within established program timelinesAttend staff training and supervisions as assignedAssist in the preparation process prior to external/internal audits and reviewsParticipate in commercial insurance credentialing process and maintain eligibilityPosition Requirements:Education: Master's Level Therapist (Mental Health Professional) QualificationsGraduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation or any Human Services related fieldAdditional requirementsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass required background clearances and screenings (FBI, Childline, Criminal, driving record)Work Experience: Previous experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting.At least 2 years working with children and adolescence (CASSP family based)Additional Job Responsibility (section)The Location: Salisbury Behavioral HealthWhy Should You Apply?Ability to help others and make a difference.Ability to work as a valued member of a dedicated team, enabling people RHA supports to identify and achieve personal goals, experience, meaningful days, participated in the community, and live more independently.A great deal of on-the-job training provides the opportunity to grow clinically.Reasonable hoursOpportunities for on-the-job trainingSalisbury Behavioral Health Salisbury Behavioral Health provides a broad range of mental health services children and adults in Pennsylvania.Salisbury Behavioral Health is a division of RHA Health Services.
