  • Autonomy to build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.
  • Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 18+.
  • Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.

*Required Qualifications*
  • Current, active, and unencumbered PA State License as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs.
  • Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
*Preferred Qualifications*
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
  • Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
  • Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
  • Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
  • Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
*Education*
  • Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.
  • State License with one or more of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC ) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Anchored in our brand — with heart at its center — our purpose sends a personal message that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $29.10 - $65.66This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
