Junior Business Data Analyst
We are looking for an inquisitive Junior Business Data Analyst to join our growing team of analytics experts. You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the business needs of multiple teams, systems, and products. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our companys business strategy to support our expanding bids and collection initiatives.
As a Junior Business Data Analyst at Pendrick Capital, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges.

Strategic leadership: Delver business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Pendrick Capital in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
Product: Implement new product and pricing strategies for various products; lead product level modeling/analytics
Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new collection experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on competitive bidding.
Build reporting solution that enables business partners to improve our collection and placement strategies.
Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating collection and cashflow models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Pendrick Capital including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Required Experience & Education:
Strategic & analytic orientation: A track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
Deliver on multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
Bachelors degree in business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
1+ years of experience in a business analysis role
Experience with SQL, R or Python, and Git repo
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
2+ years of experience in analysis
1+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
1+ year of experience in consulting
Experience with Tableau
