Our team of experienced providers deliver innovative and compassionate primary care to a diverse community. **Brightwood Health Center** **is looking for a full-time Primary Care LPN to join our experienced our team in Springfield, MA.****RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**Baystate Health, Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provide patient-centered care assisting with office visits, preparing exam rooms, taking patients medical history and performing health maintenance in the electronic medical record. Primary Care LPNs are responsible to functioning within the scope of practice dictated by the authority of the Massachusetts Board of Registration. They are responsible for administering and documenting medication and immunizations under provider order or protocol.
