PeopleLink Staffing is in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Cassville, MO area. We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment and are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our equipment and facilities at peak performance.Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues.Replace or repair faulty components, including motors, pumps, and bearings.Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation.Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and staff to resolve complex problems.Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.Assist with setup, installation, and calibration of new equipment.Provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.Working Conditions:May involve working in various environmental conditions including hot, cold, or noisy areas.Requires physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and bending.Must be able to work from heights and in confined spaces.Why Peoplelink?
