As a Cycle Operator at Midwest Family, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our cutting-edge insurance system operations, ensuring that data handling and process cycles run efficiently and reliably. You will be part of a dynamic IT team dedicated to supporting Midwest Family?s mission of providing targeted, effective marketing solutions and connections for our clients within the community. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation and continual improvement of backend systems that support our complex, multi-channel advertising strategies. Monitor and manage daily cycles of insurance data processing and system operations. Identify and troubleshoot any issues in the data cycle and system processes, ensuring minimal disruption to IT operations. Collaborate with IT team to implement system improvements and optimizations to enhance reliability and efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless integration of new technologies and process changes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and data privacy standards. Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes and modifications. Proficiency in data management and processing. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and system monitoring tools.
