What You'll Do:

  • Client Inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
  • Donor Profiles: Update and maintain donor information in the client's custom dashboard.
  • Campaign Awareness: Stay informed about client campaigns to effectively contribute to their success.
  • Meetings & Workshops: Attend mandatory campaign meetings and office gatherings, and participate in marketing and strategy workshops.
  • Event Participation: Attend relevant client events based on the current campaign.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries face-to-face, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and continually improve your skills.
