Location: Sheboygan, WI (Hybrid Role: 3x/week in-office and 2x/week remote)
Summary:
Are you an innovative and proactive talent acquisition expert? Vista Care is seeking a Talent Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. Join us in finding the best talent to support our vision of providing exceptional care to the individuals I support. You will consult with hiring managers, implement proactive recruitment strategies, attend events, conduct interviews, and ensure seamless onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and qualifications
Screen applications promptly, within 24 hours
Implement proactive recruitment strategies like job fairs, networking, and targeted messaging
Establish partnerships with schools and organizations to attract passive candidates
Conduct a high volume of interviews, including phone, video, and in-person
Promote Vista Care as an "employer of choice" in the community
Coordinate and send offer letters and new hire paperwork
Build candidate relationships during the selection and onboarding process
Gather feedback from hiring managers and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain up-to-date job postings on internal and external sites
Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations
Qualifications:

Knowledge of Title VII and relevant employment laws
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Reliable transportation for attending events and visiting different offices
High level of computer competency and familiarity with multiple programs and databases
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Two years of high-volume recruitment experience preferred
Prior healthcare recruitment experience preferred
