As the Human Resource Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in recruitment, employee relations, training/development, compensation, benefits administration, and much more.

Position Requirements:

  • Payroll and Benefits knowledge: HRIS and Payroll experience in ADP WFN is highly preferred.
  • Educational Background A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Managerial Experience: At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Credentials: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency: Fluency in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong Communicator Excellent verbal and written skills are essential to excel in this role.
  • Interpersonal Savvy Navigate complex situations with finesse, resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
  • Analytical Mindset Dive into data to inform strategic decisions and problem-solving.
  • Master of Time Management Juggle multiple priorities effortlessly, meeting deadlines with ease.
  • HR Expertise A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
