Cross-sell other bank products and services, including commercial banking, treasury management, deposits, investments, retail banking, and mortgages. Represent the bank at various community events throughout the region. Seek leadership roles in community organizations. Develop and maintain a network of professional clients. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree with a related business major preferred. Minimum of 6 years of client-facing sales and relationship management experience. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proven ability to cross-sell banking products and services. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a sophisticated client base. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Display sound judgment. Proficient in personal computer and office technology. Knowledge of Wealth Management products and services. Business and technical expertise for needs assessment and planning.
