Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialty Account Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the Rheumatology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and contributing to the overall success of their ambulatory infusion centers.

Responsibilities

Account Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Rheumatology healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders as well as other chronic condition specialists. Business Development:Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within the Rheumatology sector. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Educational Initiatives:Provide educational support to healthcare professionals on our services, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits of our ambulatory infusion center for rheumatic patients. Market Analysis:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics related to Rheumatology. Use insights to develop strategic initiatives. Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients. Compliance:Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in Rheumatology. Strong understanding of ambulatory infusion center operations and the unique needs of Rheumatology patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
