Director of Hospitality & Guest Services

The Director of Hospitality and Guest Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to optimize guest and volunteer satisfaction and loyalty. General Responsibilities

– Drive vision, mission and values of Nativity through all Nativity Ministry environments with emphasis on the relational aspect of volunteer ministry. – Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospitality volunteer teams. – Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate volunteers to deliver outstanding guest experiences. – Ensure accessibility to every person eligible to volunteer in all Nativity teams, through annual recruiting weekends, efficient ongoing onboarding processes, and consistent orientations and trainings. – Provide spiritual care and direction to volunteers by connecting personally with individuals and teams on an ongoing basis. – Collaborate with the Compliance Coordinator on onboarding process, recruitment process, and communication. – Provide direction to Nativity volunteer leaders, ensuring leader development, coaching, and evaluation. Must-Haves

– At least two years of volunteer experience – Excellent interpersonal communication skills – Willingness to learn database systems – Eagerness to collaborate with both staff and volunteers Nice-to-Haves
