OUR NEED: ICC seeks a Donor and Administration Associate at our Washington, DC-area headquarters. You will be overseeing our donor information system and assisting in donor communications. This position reports to the Administrative Director and is a full-time hybrid position in our Silver Spring, MD, corporate offices. Duties and Responsibilities Administer the financial records for ICC revenue transactions Serve as communications contact for donor engagement through phone and email to care for our donors Serve as key team resource for ICC's donor database (Kindful) Maintain donor records and run reports on donor activity Assist in the preparation of donor financial batches for credit card, EFT, PayPal, and check donations Administer donor care mailing and communication program for our donors Answer donor calls and ICCs email account Volunteer management Administrate office technology such as email accounts, SharePoint permissions, and virtual meeting setup. Administrate office mailboxes Responsible for office hospitality Experience and Skills We strongly prefer an individual with a strong Christian witness and history. Excellent team player 1 to 3 years of financial or database experience. Experience with Kindful donor database system is helpful but optional. Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Highly proficient in the English language Hospitable and friendly demeanor and desire to serve our donors Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or work visa is required.
