Temporary Receptionist

A local company is searching for a dependable and independent individual who will be responsible for answering phones, welcoming employees and guests, and perform light data entry. The ideal candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and welcome guests and employees into the building.
  • Direct incoming communications to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform routine data entry according to company policies.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail according to company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule meeting spaces as directed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build relationships.
  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines promptly.
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of administrative, receptionist, mail room, or general office experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and strong motivation.
  • Friendly and inviting demeanor.
Benefits/Compensation
  • Full time

  • $18-19/hr
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am-4:30pm
  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
