But its zany staff, killer drinks, and laid-back vibe attracted more than just Upper West Siders who longed for the beach. Lucys quickly became a second home for its guests-a place where anyone could walk in and immediately feel like they belonged. Now after 34 years of serving up unforgettable experiences, Lucys is more committed than ever to our mission of helping our guests make unforgettable memories by providing delicious food, killer drinks, and amazing service.

**Summary of Responsibilities**

Lucys is looking for someone who can consistently make and serve our guests great food, work in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision, and manage high volumes without assistance.

* Drive the Lucys Food Truck to a designated location

* Prepare food stations for the day

* Prepare and cook made to order tacos and side items by following recipes

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment within the truck

* Handle and store ingredients and food

* Maintain food and sanitation standards

* Interact positively with guests

* Maintain inventory of supplies, including food, utensils, napkins, and food containers

Requirements **Job Requirements**

* Valid Driver's License

* Driving Experience-1 year minimum
