What started as the largest denim launch in history, has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes and activewear.This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Good American in the daily business operations of the store, and support all store initiatives including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.This role reports to the Store Manager/Store Director.Responsibilities:Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Good American internally and externallyDrive for financial results by achieving individual sales targets as well as coach and support team members in order to drive total store and brand performanceEnsure individual KPI goals are attained and coach and support the achievement of KPI goals of team members and storeFollow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content clientSupport the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagementDeliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues with brand and client top of mindCreate and develop a robust client book based on strong engagement, ensuring that client acquisition and retention are key focuses for store and brand overallSupport and ensure floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of houseSupport and ensure all visual merchandising initiatives including adhering to visual directives, meticulous upkeep of visual standards that align with brand guidelinesSupport all inventory initiatives are completed including regular Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing are completed in accordance to company guidelines as requiredIn partnership with Store Manager/ Director, create and bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ developmentAttend all meetings as required by the business and lead meetings as requiredContribute towards creating and maintaining a positive team culture within the store Be a strong partner to corporate team and deliver feedback and insightsAdditional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the businessRequirements:At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environmentExperience within women's apparel retail preferredFamiliar with key retail performance indicatorsAdaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionateComfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devicesEffective communication skills (both oral and written) in order to engage with client and team membersStrong fashion acumen and ability to style clientsTravel approximately 10% of the time Ability to climb laddersAbility to lift 25+ lbs.$22 - $24 an hourPlease note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
