As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing the companys sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing initiatives.

Primary Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles
  • Experience with eCommerce a plus.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the jewelry market and trends a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. Drive sales team performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Marketing Management: Direct the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the sales and marketing efforts. Regularly report on performance with the executive team.

Compensation: Based on experience.
