Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a leading engineering business operating in the Yorkshire region to recruit a new field-based Business Development Executive.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the Yorkshire region. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and maximising revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on promoting our engineering solutions and services to key stakeholders in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Yorkshire region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the engineering sector.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of engineering principles and products is a plus.
