Waterton Insurance Group is growing. With our recent acquisition by Guild Mortgage we anticipate growing at a significant rate. We are looking for motivated, bright and friendly people to grow our business with. This will be a fast paced, fun and highly rewarding culture with incredible growth and earning potential. We pay a great base wage, top tier commissions and residual payments on all production. Our team will have the ability to make as much as they want through warm leads and personal production.
Our Account Managers will be involved in all aspects of quoting, binding and servicing our customers insurance needs. Our model will be focused on capturing leads mostly generated from our existing business partners. Initially, we will be focused on developing trusted partnerships with our loan officers, designing and implementing best practices for the company and delivering first of class service and expertise to our customers. Initially we will focus primarily on property and casualty lines and eventually branching out into commercial and life insurance channels for those with interest in those areas. Job Duties
General
Ability to quote, bind, and educate prospects and customers with their P&C insurance products
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, co-workers and all business partners
Ability to learn Agency Management System, CRM, and any other agency application thoroughly
Strong desire to differentiate our business model with customized exceptional customer experiences
Fosters trusted partnerships with our internal business partners
Identifies opportunities for external business development
Assists in the development and implementation of first in class agency systems and processes
Staying informed about market trends and updates in the insurance industry
Following company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements
What You Bring
Experience
Excellent organization skills
Exceptional customer service skills (you need to like people)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Computer skills, Agency Management System and/or Salesforce experience a plus
High level of Accuracy and Detail
Oriented/multitasking
Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Enjoy educating customers on coverages and gaps in their insurance policies
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance concepts and principles
Demonstrated analytical skills
Licensed in property and casualty required within one month of employment
College degree preferred but not required

We have a hybrid model. Approximately 50/50 split between in office and remote. There will be frequent interactions with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients, and the public.
