The equipment utilizes the following components: electricity, electronic boards, valves, network products, actuators, sensors, analyzers, handheld configuration terminals, bearings, cabling, computers, Programmable logic controllers (PLC), different link to Distributed Control Systems (DCS), virtual system, computer security, pneumatics, water, air and radioactive sources. Day to day activities will include:Visiting customer sites.Customer update meetings.Constant customer training and interactions with operations to be sure equipment is performing and being utilized as expected.Perform sensor correlations.Performance trending.Preventive maintenance and fault finding as needed and performance checks.Generate visit reports.Responsiveness to after-hours customer inquiries is also required if on-call.Note: Although this position reports to our Atlanta office, the position itself will be based in the Vancouver, Washington area.What you'll NeedTo be successful in this role, a bachelor's or associates degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Chemical or Paper engineering with relevant experience is a plus.
