Word Senior Product Manager bij Blink Charging Als Senior Product Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de business en tech teams. Je staat in nauwe verbinding met verschillende disciplines en vertegenwoordigt hun belangen bij het vinden van technische oplossingen of verbeteringen. Met jouw talent om op een hoger abstractieniveau te opereren, begrijp je de diverse behoeften vanuit verschillende disciplines en streef je naar wat écht nodig is om Blink naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zelfs met kleine aanpassingen die een groot verschil kunnen maken. Of het nu gaat om het optimaliseren van het facturatie proces of het creëren van een app voor de eindgebruiker. Je hebt de vaardigheid om complexe vragen te deconstrueren en duidelijk te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders door middel van gestructureerde tickets. Deze tickets vormen de leidraad voor alle partijen, waarin de overkoepelende doelen, werkzaamheden en technische specificaties helder zijn vastgelegd. Belangrijk is dat je niet verstrikt raakt in perfectionisme, maar het grotere geheel blijft zien. Je vindt de juiste balans tussen ambitie en realisme door continu te evalueren hoe elk onderdeel bijdraagt aan het overkoepelende doel van Blink Charging. Met jouw inzicht draag je bij aan de efficiënte ontwikkeling van producten en diensten die de toekomst van duurzame mobiliteit vormgeven. Hoe blink je uit in deze rol?

Je hebt een passie voor innovatie en interesse in EV-oplossingen en duurzaamheid. Strategische Productvisie:

Constant ontwikkelen van een productvisie en roadmap als leidraad voor de evolutie van processen en systemen binnen Blink Charging. Analytisch en Conceptueel Denkvermogen:

Sterk analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen, waardoor systematisch gewerkt kan worden met oog voor detail en samenhang. Effectieve Stakeholdercommunicatie:

Keuze van juist abstractieniveau en gebruik van visualisaties in gesprekken met stakeholders om behoeften helder te krijgen en effectieve communicatie mogelijk te maken.

Aanvullende kwalificaties: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering of een vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied, of vergelijkbare werkervaring. 5 jaar ervaring in productmanagement met technische producten. Ervaring in het ontwikkelen van strategische productroadmaps en het samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, zowel in India als in de VS. Ervaring in het dagelijks beheren van de productrichting. Kennis van meerdere functionele gebieden zoals Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Klantensupport of Marketing. Vermogen om meerdere belanghebbenden te beïnvloeden zonder directe autoriteit. Ervaring met cloud-gebaseerde ontwikkelingsprocessen. Ervaring met het verzamelen en specificeren van gedetailleerde functiespecificaties. Ervaring met off-shore en on-shore ontwikkelingsteams. Ervaring met het lanceren van meerdere iteraties van een software-, mobiele- of web-applicatie. Ervaring met mobiele app-ontwikkeling, standaarden en processen. Eerdere kennis of interesse hebben in e-mobiliteitstrends en behoeften. Nieuwsgierigheid naar alle belanghebbenden zoals klanten, partners, eindgebruikers en prospects om markttrends en klantvraag te beoordelen en zo de ideevorming en ontwikkeling van nieuwe functies te stimuleren. Je komt te werken in een startup-omgeving in de EU die getransformeerd wordt naar een scale-up, waarin jouw ideeën en initiatieven meer dan welkom zijn. Je wordt onderdeel van een team met andere Product Managers en Designers, verdeeld over India en Noord-Amerika. Je zult rechtstreeks communiceren met Business Owners en Executives om vereisten te verzamelen in de VS, VK, BE en NE. Het ontwikkelingsteam opereert vanuit Noord-Amerika, NE, BE, VK en India. Als Senior Product Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Global Director of Product and User Experience, Jui Dai, gevestigd in de VS. Dit biedt een unieke kans om te profiteren van zijn diepgaande expertise en leiderschap op global niveau. Jui Dai zal niet alleen de verwachtingen voor jouw rol bepalen, maar ook fungeren als een toegewijde mentor, obstakels wegnemen en de samenwerking tussen de verschillende kantoren bevorderen.
