**Sr. Event Coordinator**

at WellSky Overland Park, Kansas, United States WellSky is looking for a Sr. Events Coordinator to join our events team. In this role, you will assist in the development of effective event marketing strategies that support WellSkys sales activities resulting in trackable lead generation and closed deals. You will also be responsible for supporting the marketing & sales teams and the Vice President of Events with event logistics, overseeing tradeshow strategy, budget reconciliation, management of associate memberships, and communication with vendors.

*A day in the life*

**You will be responsible for the following:**

* Implementation of event marketing including, but not limited to,

+ support for existing events on the tradeshow calendar

+ oversight of events strategy including tradeshows and WellSky hosted events

+ evaluation and measurement of marketing efforts

+ communication with vendors and staff

* Budget reconciliation

* Event strategy and implementation specific to ongoing trade shows and new annual Sales and Marketing growth requirements

* Oversight of WellSky booth assets and associated management companies

* Ongoing responsibilities may include:

+ management of ongoing tradeshow calendar

+ assisting with event shipping needs

+ representing WellSky at tradeshows

+ coordinating on-site logistics

+ communicating with the sales department

+ ensuring effective follow-up on leads from events.

* May be expected to travel as much as 40% of the time to represent the company at tradeshows and events around the country.

Do you have what it takes

Required Experience :

* Minimum 3 Years of experience with event planning or tradeshows

Preferred Experience:

* Strong Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint experience preferred

* Salesforce and Marketo experience preferred
