What You Can Expect:

  • Support Meridian and Nampa in Acute Care
  • The Rehabilitation Specialist applies evidence, specialized expertise and experience in the promotion of quality discipline-specific rehabilitation care.
  • Provides rehabilitation consultation to staff therapists, nurses, medical staff, and other interdisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Accredited Program in alignment with licensure requirements
  • Experience: 3 years experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid license to practice speech therapy in state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 3 years experience in acute care speech language pathology
