View Cleaners is a leading couture dry cleaner with specialized services such as: weddings, alterations, couture fashion, causal wear, linens, household, and more. We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our superb Customer Service team. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch Customer Service to our customers; a goal which cannot be achieved without having an elite team of Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):
  • Meet greet customers at the retail counter
  • Answer telephones
  • Receive garments from customers (i.e. create work orders on computer)
  • Tag incoming inventory with control and instruction forms
  • Assist clients who are picking up/dropping off their orders
  • Initiate phone/mail/email contact with clients when necessary
  • Perform barcode scan inventories
  • The preferred candidate will have a basic knowledge and understanding of fashion and accessories, a lot of attention to detail - and a bit of computer literacy. If this describes you - we want you

Responsibilities

•Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
•Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
•Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
•Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
•Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints

Qualifications

•Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
•Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
•High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
