Job DescriptionThe Clinical Assistant/Clinic Navigator is responsible for the flow of patients seen in the PACE centers. They coordinate room set-up and clean-up. Assists with obtaining vital signs, capillary blood glucose (CBG) results and other information needed for patient visits, completes labs requests, assists with the personal care of patients, and documents care given.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Or equivalent educ/experience Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 6 months Experience working within a healthcare clinic.Preferred Qualifications: Medical Assistant licenseWhy Join Providence? The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
