We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido Portland, a leading residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders. Located in West Linn, OR, we provide comprehensive care to help individuals recover from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

Job Description:
  • The Assistant Clinical Director will assist the Clinical Director in managing all clinical functions of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing admissions, providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, and marketing support for the facility.
  • This role requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, preferably with knowledge of eating disorders.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients is required, along with CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead clinical staff meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director.
  2. Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
  3. Develop cost-effective methods to provide service.
  4. Provide supervision for staff development.
  5. Facilitate communication with ancillary services.
