About us LISA SAYS GAH is a one-of-a-kind fashion brand and retailer that provides a treasure trove of unique discoveries. Our mission is to take a stand against fast fashion, endorse and uplift local designers, and offer products that will elicit exclamations of joy and excitement - Gah This is a full-time role in Los Angeles for an experienced Associate Planner. This individual should be very comfortable working in a true start-up environment, navigating gray space easily, and building merchandise planning tools from the ground up, fairly autonomously. The Associate Planner will be responsible for oversight of key merchandising functions including OTB management, strategic store planning and allocation, among many others. The Associate Planner will report to the Chief Merchandising Officer and will work cross-functionally with buying, store teams, operations, ecomm, marketing and more to ensure commercial goals are achieved. They are an out of the box thinker, ideally have a passion for fashion, and are motivated to make an impact on a growing omni-channel business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities:

Planning ●

Actualize weekly and monthly reports, provide recaps to management team as well as Merchandising team and store managers ● Weekly monitoring of omni-channel inventory, suggest changes to maximize revenue ● Prepare for and present in monthly OTB meetings ● Support in planning of seasonal markdowns and sample sales ● Provide team with optimal size breakdowns based on sales analysis, optimized by channel ● Monitor sales and inventory for Core/ flow product, suggesting replenishment as needed ● Analyze category performance, putting forth suggestions to influence monthly and seasonal OTB ● Develop store OTB and weekly/monthly allocation strategies based on performance and available inventory ● Create and maintain Global Seasonal Projections files ● Drive weekly reorders based on previous week’s selling at a size, channel level ● Support in providing seasonal line-plans to in-house design team based on seasonal goals and YoY comps ● Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Stores and Operations, to ensure seamless operations and alignment of product strategies ● Support the Chief Merchandising Officer in preparing for key business meetings, including assortment planning, line reviews, financial planning, and email calendar planning. ● Identify white space in reporting / tools and take initiative to fill gaps to arm the teams with optimal visibility into the business ● Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment ● Other duties as assigned

Allocation ● Collaborate with Merchandising team and store managers to develop and implement seasonal store allocation strategies to achieve commercial goals ● Analyze selling by store on a category, size and style level ● Oversight of inventory movement from stores to ecomm, develop best practices to be cost effective and develop a streamlined assortment strategy for each store ● Run Biweekly replenishment of store inventory and upload of transfers into ERP system based on selling and budget approval ● Work with Distribution Center team to ensure timely transfer of inventory

Minimum Requirements: ● Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Planning or Allocation role(s) ● Bachelor’s Degree required ● Must be highly proficient in intermediate Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) ● Previous experience managing an Open to Buy / inventory budget Physical Requirements: ● Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation. ● Periods sitting at a desk, typing and working on a computer. ● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
