Receptionist (Spanish/English) Opportunity A busy, client-focused office in Carlsbad is seeking a polished and bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to be the welcoming face of the company. This role handles high-volume phone calls, walk-in support, and essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is warm, articulate, dependable, and able to switch seamlessly between Spanish and English in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide a friendly, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and vendors Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish Manage front desk calendar, meeting rooms, and visitor sign-in procedures Assist with intake forms, client paperwork, and data entry Translate documents and relay information in Spanish as needed Maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation standards Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages Support administrative teams with scanning, filing, and document updates Prepare daily logs, sign-in sheets, and reception reports Provide backup support to HR, accounting, and office operations when needed Requirements: Fully bilingual in English & Spanish (written and verbal) 13 years of receptionist or front desk experience Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills Proficient with MS Office and basic computer applications Strong customer service skills and a warm, positive demeanor Ability to stay composed in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
