Bilingual Sales Development RepresentativeLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our client's growing team in beautiful Carlsbad, California. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively engage with a diverse client base.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreachUse bilingual skills in English and Spanish to engage, qualify, and build relationships with a diverse customer baseConduct high-volume phone calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and generate new sales opportunitiesQualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all activities and communicationsCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategiesConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goalsFollow established sales processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and conversion ratesProvide a professional and positive experience to all prospects throughout the sales cycleQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred13 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business developmentBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish requiredStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsPosition Details:Onsite work scheduleDirect hire roleCompensation: $21.16 per hour with commission potential exceeding $20,000 annuallyLocated in Carlsbad, CAFull-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PSTIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now we are conducting interviews immediately
