Job Description

Hiring Area Manager - Immediate Need - Make an Immediate Impact on Culture and Improvements

Due to a promotion, we are recruiting an Area Manager to join one of our chemical industry clients. Our client is a U.S based, global business that offers career growth and often tries to promote from within.

This is an impactful role driving continuous improvement, providing technical leadership and setting expectations for operators in the area. This is a healthy, team oriented operation with an experienced Plant Manager who can help guide and grow your career and provide leadership and coaching along the way.

Background & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (ideal) or other engineering field preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in a chemical or similar production plant.
  • Highly organized, safety conscious leader with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement methods like Six Sigma or Lean
  • Working knowledge of management systems, such as ISO 9001:2015 and RC 14001
