The Associate Director of Admissions oversees all responsibilities for the marketing, communication, recruitment, and enrollment of high school online, for-credit dual enrollment courses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Direct and manage operations, recruitment, and enrollment activities of the For-Credit Distance Learning Program:
    1. Establish and maintain admissions standards and process for applicants
    2. Build the prospect funnel by developing and managing a communication strategy for prospective, applied, and admitted students.
    3. Develop key partnerships with homeschool groups and other influencers to build program awareness.
    4. Develop and manage process for reviewing applications for admission to the online, for-credit program each term, including reporting and metrics.
    5. In coordination with Admissions Operations, create and maintain the online application and status pages in Technolutions Slate.
    6. Coordinate closely with Contact Center Admissions SME to provide updated training on program and improve customer service.
  2. Assist Operations Team in prospect and application management.
  3. Conduct admissions interviews and information sessions with prospective students and families during peak seasons.
  4. Help review writing supplements for application review process during peak seasons.
  5. Help manage partnerships with other undergraduate recruitment efforts.
  6. If needed, manage small undergraduate recruitment territory, including travel, prospect communication, and recruitment.
  7. Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Admissions.

Education & Experience

A bachelors degree or higher is required for this position, with 3-5+ years of admissions experience being preferred.

Other Skills

Excellent management and communication skills and sound judgment. Deadline-oriented. A love for and understanding of the Colleges mission.
