Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing & PR, the Manager, Corporate Marketing is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies in support of Inmar’s brand, brand channels, key enterprise messages, and business objectives.

The Manager, Corporate Marketing will be responsible for and oversee a marketing coordinator and will collaborate with internal teams across divisions to support business goals. Key activities include but are not limited to: communication & campaign development with a focus on internal/external synergy, managing and growing Inmar’s marketing channels - social media, website, PR, providing data-driven, impactful reporting to leadership, and more.

Primary Accountabilities

Strategic (60%)

Help define and refine Inmar’s brand story and implement it in a clear, consistent way across all communication channels Establish messaging, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Support cross-channel external strategies across all owned, earned, and paid media channels (including public relations, media relations, social media strategy, website management, YouTube, content development, writing, and thought leadership) Own the corporate social media strategy and work closely with division teams on alignment and adherence. Oversee management and measurement of Inmar’s social handles Partner on messaging, copy, and design of enterprise web pages Support the Director of Brand & PR on enterprise PR efforts Present ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Analyze and share audience insights & trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Build strategies that elevate leaders’ positions as the faces of Inmar, industry experts, and thought leaders through communication plans and social media support

Analytical (20%)

Evaluate performance metrics of Inmar’s owned channels to provide insights, learnings, and recommendations to improve performance Lead enterprise-level reporting and reporting that supports Inmar’s divisions in the achievement of business goals Utilize Inmar’s tools to pull and organize data that helps us become smarter, and evolve our marketing efforts Evaluate the effectiveness of existing tools and identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing partnerships or build new ones

Leadership (20%)

Manage a Marketing Coordinator, coach and develop direct reports and peers on the marketing team Gain credibility and positively influence others throughout the organization, provide compelling POVs and thoughtful evaluations of opportunities and ideas Lead the Corporate Communications team in driving internal/external synergy, strategically craft/adapt communications to be appropriate for internal and external audiences to maximize impact. Work with the Director of Brand & PR to ensure brand standards are adhered throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position Ability to work effectively with individuals at all business levels and a variety of situations requiring tact, judgment, and composure Ability to write exceptional and well-crafted copy is a plus A strong understanding of brand marketing and multichannel marketing concepts Knowledge of marketing best practices across channels and throughout the full funnel Very competent knowledge of the Google Business Suite and related software Demonstrated analytical abilities to measure performance across marketing efforts Preferred experience in Drupal, Jira, Meltwater, GA4, or similar platforms
