What is your Day to Day Mission: Verantwortlich für das Management des Vertriebsnetzes in der Region Europa. Verantwortlich für Direktvertrieb, Key Account Management und Demonstrationen / POC-Projekte in Europa. Strukturierte Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategie mit Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für Ihr Vertriebsgebiet. Ausbau Deines Vertriebsgebietes durch Entwicklung bestehender und Akquisition neuer Vertriebspartner. Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit relevanten Anwendergruppen. Erste Anlaufstelle für alle vertriebsrelevanten Fragen bestehender Kunden und Distributoren sowie potentieller Neukunden in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet. Aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung Deines Vertriebsgebietes zur eigenständigen Optimierung Ihrer Vertriebsmaßnahmen. Planung und Durchführung von Messen und anderen verkaufsfördernden Aktivitäten (z.B. Flugvorführungen mit anschließender Datenaufbereitung) in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet. Disziplinierte Pflege Deiner Kundendaten und Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System. Regelmäßiges Reporting über Deine Umsätze und Verkaufsaktivitäten.

What you bring to the team:

Starke Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit einer Vorliebe für strategisches Denken und Handeln. Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb (idealerweise mit einschlägigem Netzwerk). Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Geodäsie und/oder Landwirtschaft. Kommunikationsstarker und engagierter Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und interkultureller Kompetenz. Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten. Reisebereitschaft sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation. Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System.
