Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of new product launches and packaging design
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge in graphic design
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing software and tools
