We are seeking a Fleet Specialist to join our Farm Credit family This position is responsible for the Association Fleet Management process. Managing the fleet program includes, but is not limited to ordering company cars, handling insurance claims, etc. Responsibilities: Fleet Program Administration: Work with fleet management external vendor to purchase vehicles and ensure delivery to staff. Ensure vehicles are disposed of per policy and procedure guidelines. Maintain fleet inventory and communicate updates as needed. Manage vehicle licensure and registration. Complete and submit all insurance claims as needed. Ensure fleet policy and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance. Perform assigned general accounting or related responsibilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for assigned duties. Ensure all Association drivers have proper licensure and up-to-date training. Provide reports to management on budgeting, maintenance, and fleet program as needed. Customer and Fleet Program Support: Communicate with drivers as needed for delivery and disposal of vehicles. Ensure driver communications are sent timely. Maintain records with FCC Services and ensure monthly reports are filed timely. Coordinate repairs as needed with Association drivers. Requirements: Education and/or experience equivalent to an associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred. 0 - 3 years of administrative or customer support experience.
