Business Operations Advisor - Employee Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Service teams by providing technical expertise, designing training curriculum, and leading strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a passion for driving employee development.
How You Will Make an Impact

Collaborate with Client Service leadership to assess training needs and develop comprehensive curriculum.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
Support end-user training and system-wide technical initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
Guide employees through the insurance licensing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on cross-departmental initiatives and technology platforms.
Partner with Talent Development to ensure consistency and effectiveness in learning and development strategies.
Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and coordinate resources to optimize workflow and productivity.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies.
What You Will Need to Succeed

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry and training.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with insurance software such as Applied Epic, TAM, or MS Access is preferred.
Wisconsin Insurance license (product line specific) required.
