As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join their team.
Position Overview:
As the Lead Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the company's senior management team. You will play a critical role in the decision-making process by providing accurate and timely financial information, forecasts, and recommendations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast the company's performance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Conduct financial analysis on potential investments and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
