We need an entry level person who has a little bit of receiving experience or office experience. We are not in need of a warehouse manager. I need someone that can receive bills of lading into our system, verify inventory, and process information for the foreign trade zone. The role primarily clerical.
Description:
Coordinates the organization's daily logistical and supply chain operations to meet customer requirements for delivery and accuracy of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and shipments, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
Reviews shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, Customer Service requirements, and other records to determine priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
Organizes warehousing for goods.
Plans and schedules inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs, and perform audits
HS diploma required
1-3 years experience
