Job Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the store operations for Golden Goose – Aventura and the processes put in place to ensure support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom(s) and accurate inventory and the ability to prioritize providing our clients with exceptional service by supporting the selling process as needed.

You will lead in day-to-day operations management and as a leader and partner along with the Store Team in all aspects of the business.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide overall support with the shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Leader and taking the necessary steps to resolve;
  • Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s and damages;
  • Ensure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times – oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from Manager;
  • Assist management with identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and in a timely manner;
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes;
  • Communicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management;
  • Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines;
  • Manage physical maintenance of the boutique;
  • Place orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store;
  • Minimize loss;
  • Responsible for achieving set number of Co-Creations as needed during events at the Bloom Aventura location; Responsible for communicating to the store and department of all events, manage client feedback;
  • Training on current selection of GG product at store location.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years related experience

Communication Skills:

  • Able to easily engage in conversation
  • Social ease and quick responseto customer needs and inquiries
  • Able to maintaincomposure in difficult situations
  • Detailed oriented aboutproduct knowledge
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management

Mathematical Skills:

  • Basic math functionsto operate register, handle money and make change
  • Able to use a calculator

Reasoning Ability:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in alearning environment

Other Skills:

  • Able to use and navigate multipletechnological devices
  • Ability to sell and build a sale through conversational interaction
  • Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
  • Ability to work a flexibleschedule based on department and store/company needs which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires periodsof walking, standing,communicating, reaching, crouchingand climbing ladders
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to performjob functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
  • Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
