They improve patient outcomes and their own techniques. What You'll Do You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning. LOCATION: Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital, Dallas, Texas SPECIALTY/DEPARTMENT: Education: Facility and System Orientation, Cardiac, ICU, CVICU SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to occasionally work with the night and weekend shifts featuredjob524 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. At least 2 years of pertinent experience is essential. RN license and BLS certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within 30 days of hire. Preferred: Nursing CVICU experience
