Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise data initiatives within our clients Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead other BSAs on complex data projects. This role will focus on requirements gathering, data mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications that support enterprise reporting and analytics across the bank. Responsibilities Lead business analysis and data requirements activities for enterprise data warehouse projects. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and document data solutions. Conduct detailed data mapping and lineage analysis, defining source-to-target mappings for key data elements. Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and support analysis efforts. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data modeling and governance standards. Mentor and provide guidance to other BSAs on the team, ensuring alignment with best practices and project objectives. Support solution design discussions involving AWS, Snowflake, and S3 data storage and transformation processes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience acting as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) 3+ years of hands-on experience using SQL or equivalent query tools Experience working with AWS Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse environments Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations Preferred Qualifications Background in the financial services or banking industry Experience with data modeling using Erwin or similar tools Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards Proven ability to lead other BSAs and manage concurrent deliverables Brooksource provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
