Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will manage the QC organization of the project while reporting to the Superintendent and Project Manager.

Assure all materials, workmanship and construction are in full compliance with contract places and specifications and all applicable building codes for local, state and nationwide for vertical construction projects. Responsible for reviewing design submissions, submittals, perform inspections, writing and reviewing reports, conducting preparatory meetings with subcontractors and concerned personnel to define QC, Safety policies, procedures, and newly definable features.

Skills:

USACE, QCM, Quality, Control, 3, Phase, QC, Assurance, 385, Safety, Construction, Osha 30, Construction quality management, RMS, Quality control, EM-385, EM385, Submittals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The QCM person should have at minimum 5 years in overall general construction. 3-5 years of Federal construction experience, specifically working on NAVFAC project.

Must have prior experience with 3 phase quality control process, as per USACE standards.

USACE Quality Control Management Cert. is a plus, but not required

OSHA 10, 30 HR would be a plus

Experience with USACE EMR-385 safety procedures is a bonus.
